A German party sponsors attacks in Israel?

As early as December 2022, the Institute for the Study of NGOs and the Ministry of Interior of Israel showed how donations money from Germany goes to NGOs that cooperate with Palestinian terrorists, in particular with the organization Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine
The European Union, the United States of America, Canada and Israel have classified the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine as a terrorist organization. However, on July 12, 2022, nine European governments, including Germany's, rejected Israel's decision.
The Israelis have also presented concrete evidence of how European Union tax payers' money can be used to sponsor terrorism. Moreover, it is estimated that between 50 and 70 percent of aid sent to six NGOs with links to terrorists actually reaches the latter, as a report informs.
The German publication Der Spiegel published an article in July 2023 with the title: "Were German taxpayers' money used to carry out attacks in Israel?", which writes: "In Berlin, the handling of the six NGOs has led to a serious conflict within the federal government. For well over a year, the Foreign Ministry, led by Annalena Baerbock (Greens), and the Interior Ministry, led by Nancy Faeser (SPD), have been at odds over the matter".
It should also be mentioned and shown that the Green Party continues to fight in Brussels to block the closer scrutiny of aid to Palestinian organizations. Sources from Brussels say the following:
"Today (Oct 12th, 2023) in EP is the deadline for amendments on budget and they ("Green Party") refused to accept the amendments asking for conditionality regarding the Palestinian aid. It was a report proving that the school books have a lot of anti-Semitic content which is against our values but we still finance them without conditions.”
"Mrs. Baerbock party was the most vocal in European Parliament against any conditions. They play dirty for many years. Financing without any conditions or monitoring the use of money."
"This is supporting terrorism and there should be no finger pointing towards Qatar from the Greens and Baerbock."
