Consultant Anton Pisaroglu has officially announced his candidacy for the Romanian presidency, saying his main goal is to resume free elections under international supervision.
He argues that the only way out of the current chaos is for Romania to organize a new, fair, transparent and internationally recognized election.
"I am running for the Romanian presidency with a single goal: the resumption of free elections by the end of the year. I will use all legal means to trigger a new election, supervised by our strategic partners. Romania must regain its credibility", said Anton Pisaroglu.

"I am a connoisseur of the game and I perfectly understand the dynamics of the moment. The only solution is to rerun the elections, with the Romanian people at the forefront and strategic partners at the table," Pisaroglu pointed out.
He has participated in working sessions and collaborations with the most influential global political actors, having been personally invited by the President of France to the National Day and received in audience by Pope Francis.
"I have nobody behind me. I built everything on my own. Starting from the bottom. But I perfectly understand the global game and know how to position Romania on the map of real power," Pisaroglu said.
In just a few days, Pisaroglu and his supporters collected almost 100,000 signatures.
"We anticipated what happened. With the help of some of you, we have already collected almost 100,000 signatures. Together we can reach 200,000, even if we only have a few days left. Together, we can save democracy."
"Romania needs to hear the truth. Romania needs to know that there is a plan!" concluded Anton Pisaroglu.
