The name of political consultant Anton Pisaroglu is linked to many political leaders and influential people in the world, especially from Eastern Europe and Africa. Anton Pisaroglu has appeared several times near controversial presidents from Africa, his presence on the continent being a constant over the years.
Pisaroglu emerged from anonymity with his appointment as advisor to Viorica Dăncilă, Prime Minister of Romania and candidate from the Social Democratic Party in the 2019 presidential elections. That's the moment when several details of political consultant Anton Pisaroglu's affairs came to light.
Contract of 2 million euros per month with PSD
Pisaroglu had a contract of no less than 2 million euros per month with PSD, and after the end of the presidential campaign the political consultant stated that Marcel Ciolacu, the current president of PSD, would no longer have agreed to pay the debts from the campaign. Even now it is not known whether the debts have been paid or not.
Business with intelligence officers and controversial businessmen
Before the start of the presidential campaign in the fall of 2019, details appeared about Pisaroglu's connections with Alan Blaine Stone, a NSA (National Security Agency) officer who previously worked at the Pentagon, Marshall Comins, a political consultant with experience in the ex-Soviet space, Russia and Eurasia, Frank Timiș, the businessman involved in the exploitation project from Roșia Montană and others.
Alan Blaine Stone was business partner with Elliott Broidy, fundraiser and close friend of former US President Donald Trump.
Frank Timiș is a controversial businessman, with businesses all over the world, including on the African continent. He became known to public opinion with the mining project he initiated in Roșia Montană and which generated massive protests in Romania.
Alongside a feared general from Sudan
Anton Pisaroglu's activity is not only related to well-known names in business and politics, but also to important events in various countries and areas from all over the globe.

Over the years, the Romanian was present in key moments events in Europe, Africa and the Caucasus, but not much is known about his entire activity.
Anton Pisaroglu was the political consultant to Sudan's Vice President, the feared General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, according to official sources, but the political consultant neither confirmed nor denied this information.
Dagalo is also the commander of the RSF, the Rapid Support Forces, the paramilitary organization that is involved in numerous scandals related to the force interventions it has carried out over time in Sudan.
In 2019, the RSF, serving the military and political interests of its leader, played an important role in the military action that removed Omar al-Bashir from power, and in was involved in the 2021 and 2023 coups. Anton Pisaroglu gave an interview in the African press about the events in Sudan.
Behind a president ousted in a coup d'état
Anton Pisaroglu's name is also linked to Guinea's former president, Alpha Condé, who was ousted from power in a coup d'état.
In September 2021, Pisaroglu confirmed that he worked with Alpha Condé in 2019 and 2020: "I know Alpha Condé. Together with another Romanian political consultant, we worked with President Condé and his team in 2019 and 2020. (...) I will not go into details regarding the collaboration with President Alpha Condé, but I emphasize the fact that our efforts have always aimed at achieving a peaceful outcome.
We were aware of the risk of political violence in Guinea and realized that we must make serious and sustained efforts to avoid conflict," Pisaroglu stated at the time.
Campaign manager for a presidential candidate from Madagascar

Anton Pisaroglu is currently the political consultant and campaign manager of Siteny Randrianasoloniaiko, a well-known politician from Madagascar, the president of the African Judo Federation, who is running for the position of president of the country in this year's presidential elections. Siteny Randrianasoloniaiko even paid a visit to Romania, accompanied, of course, by Anton Pisaroglu.
Information about the visit of the politician from Madagascar appeared in the Romanian media in an article detailing the reasons for the visit. It should be emphasized that Madagascar is the country where Radu Mazăre, the former mayor of Constanța, was arrested and expelled to Romania.
Close to Hunter Biden
In addition to the connections that Anton Pisaroglu had over the years with African leaders, the Romanian consultant appeared, at one point, alongside Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, Mirek Topolanek, the former Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Aleksander Kwasniewski, the former President of Poland, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the Prime Minister of Qatar. Anton Pisaroglu would also have close ties with Hunter Biden, the son of US President Joe Biden, according to Gândul.

In fact, Anton Pisaroglu would be behind the American purchase of an ammunition factory in Dragășani, Romania, according to Gazeta de Cluj.
Pisaroglu's involvement in the case of fugitive Romanian politician Cristian Rizea is also interesting. Rizea stated that Pisaroglu would have been in Chișinău to negotiate his arrest, this happening right in the middle of the presidential elections in the Republic of Moldova. Shortly after, Cristian Rizea was arrested.
Involved in protests in Georgia
Anton Pisaroglu and his business partner, Marshall Comins, have been implicated in the recent protests in Georgia, and Comins has been declared "persona non grata", according to the head of Georgia's intelligence service, and expelled from the country by the pro-Russian Georgian authorities.
